a tainted preview

this blind is drawn

the blinds are drawn

not exactly a Day One

tomorrow is just another day

don't bother looking in the mirror

around the corner,

on the day after

the exit strategy

storming out at 3:30

obviously detatched, subconsciously

waiting for 09:00

sitting it out,
the calm before the storm

any route will do

another way out

a way out

must move on . . .

looking away from the bygones

counting the days, hours and minutes

the descending stairs

a top-down May day
